Mandatory Enrollment Notices

W2 Reporting
Beginning with the 2012 tax year, Health Care Reform requires employers to calculate and report the aggregate cost of employer-sponsored health insurance coverage on employees' W2s.

Plans that provided coverage on or prior to March 23, 2010, are grandfathered. The law allows grandfathered plans to continue their normal operations without losing their grandfathered status.
